It can be upsetting to learn you must participate in court-ordered anger management or parenting classes. Court-ordered mental health resources can be viewed as an opportunity rather than a burden. At Family of Hands, we offer counseling that complies with court-mandated anger management, parenting skills, co-parenting, and other needs as mandated by Virginia courts.
Wellness Services from Professional Counselors
People are encouraged to go to their doctors for checkups as part of physical wellness services. We should also encourage everyone to engage in ‘wellness services’ for their mental health. At Family of Hands, we offer mental health resources that include:
